West Basement Remodel

For the West basement remodel, our client’s goals were to update and modernize their basement and turn it into a functional living space, equipped with a guest bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, under stair closet, and updated fireplace. Other concerns were properly insulating the space to make heating it more efficient, finding an effective way to hide the unsightly ductwork, and to safe off and update all electrical to reduce the risk of hazard.

• Built soffits to hide ductwork

• Updated electrical and removed unsafe wiring.

• Removed and installed all new insulation and drywall throughout living area.

• Added a new circuit with new recessed lighting throughout for added ceiling clearance.

• Installed new tile, base trim, and doors throughout.

• Completely updated fireplace.

• Painted new space.
