Utley Patio Cover and Deck

The Utley's Patio Cover and Deck began by modifying the structure of the house to allow for a large, custom sliding patio doors and the structure itself. We worked closely with the homeowners to ensure the design and build was exactly to their liking. We used kiln-dried beams and Doug Fir car-decking and added 4 large skylights, lighting, and heat. We then installed a large IPE deck and stained to finish the project. 

  • Large patio cover tying into existing house. 

  • Installed gas piping, and electrical for heat, fans, and BBQ.

  • Built and installed new IPE decking with stain. 

  • Structural work to allow for structure and large new door.

  • Beautiful outdoor living space!
